布吉2020 (29.2-3.3.2020) - 行前準備篇+旅程資訊 (旅程已取消)

一年前買的機票，由原本因為疫情未知能否成行，到將近出發仍沒收到航班受到影響的通知，於app.看沒有任何異常，又見泰國的疫情比香港輕微，於是決定繼續成行，於出發前一星期訂了local tour、機場接送、電話咭、亦改訂了較便宜不可取消的酒店，出發前三天，行李都執好，於是於網上check-in，航班仍然正常，可以填資料於網上check-in，但.........資料填妥，最後提交時總是出現error。

資料填錯? 不! 試了多次仍未成功，於是再找客服問問，但此航空公司已取消了人工客服，改為由電腦智能回覆，好不容易才初步確認航班已取消! 沒有錯，是已經取消! 機場網站沒有了該航班，官網訂不到該航班，智能客服回覆已取消.......

*我最初選方案1.，但試了多次都不成功，最後只好選3. 退款!

但由始至終，我沒有收到任何通知，如果我不是於網上辦理登機手續，可能我到機場才知道航班取消，我明白疫情對航空公司造成很大的影響，但為何最基本發個訊息或電郵通知都不可以嗎?
